Situated on a lovely and (also important) very practical location just by the Metro, with lively streets within just a few minutes walk, this canal-side home get great light in the morning and afternoon and has views of the impressive Hermitage Museum building and the Amstel river itself. Nearby are the Utrechtsestraat with its many boutiques and quality supermarket, and also the Jodenbreestraat with a great variety of day-to-day shops, as well as speciality shops unique to Amsterdam. Parking permits are possible to get with short waiting period, public transport is excellent and gyms and sport facilities are not far away. Amsterdam Central Station is only a metro stop or two away. Last but not least, cycling along the Amstel river counts as one of the nicest urban commutes in Europe.
